To be eligible to have your web cam channel published on our list, you must have a broadband connection and a server (Microsoft Windows 2000 Server or 2003 Server running Media Server and Microsoft Media Encoder). A static IP address is usually required for maximum uptime otherwise there will be a delay from the time your IP address changes, to the time our link changes.
